Mary Oyedijo, RN BSN - Nurse Consultant

Mary believes in providing personalized nursing consulting services to individuals from all walks of life. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she has over five years of experience in emergency and community nursing. Her expertise extends to certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and CPR, allowing her to provide effective nursing assessments to a wide range of people and settings. Her career has given her the ability to work with diverse individuals from cultural, ethnic, and educational backgrounds. She has also spent over 15 years working with non-profit organizations and is a professional in fundraising, marketing, and event management. Her unique blend of skills and experience allows her to provide nursing consulting services that truly make a difference.

Phara Souffrant Forrest - RN

Phara is a passionate Registered Nurse dedicated to improving healthcare access and equity. Driven by a commitment to social justice, she actively advocates for policies that empower communities through collective bargaining, criminal justice reform, and social housing initiatives. Outside of patient care, Phara leverages her experience and voice to advocate for positive change. As a key member of Ilera Care, she collaborates with the founder (Ms. Oyedijo) to provide exceptional nursing consultations, ensuring comprehensive and personalized care for individuals and communities.

France Leazard - Adminstrative Coordinator

France Leazard is a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator with a passion for public health. She brings a strong work ethic and organizational skills to her current role as a subcontractor for Ilera Care LLC, reporting to Ms. Oyedijo. France is a proud graduate of Pace University, where her studies ignited her interest in public health. She eagerly collaborates and contributes to Ilera Care's positive and productive work environment.
